UNPROFESSIONAL- Leadership at the Chicago location need to take classes on how to properly interview candidates, as soon as they saw me, I could tell they were disappointed. I was insulted and was asked stupid questions, in a nutshell, they did me a favor by not extending an offer, if the interview is not professional this lend to how the work environment would be like
Structured and thought out with key tasks and questions around what it takes to sell into upmarket sales. Get the impression would be challenged to grow as part of working at ADP

During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes
