I applied online and was contracted a few days later. I had a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, she was very helpful. Next, I had a video interview with the location manager which lasted about 45 minutes.

Telephone screen was the first rep, Facetime interview was next to get more info, ride along with an existing rep. After going through the whole interview process I NEVER heard anything after the ride along - didn't even receive an email. It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been apart of and really speaks to the company.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a time for an interview. She also asked me to send a copy of resume in an attachment, which I did. She also asked me to call her. Then during the interview she told me that the hiring managers were not going to approve because I had too many short term job positions of 1 year or more. Although, my previous 3 positions I was employed at for at least a year or more and I had recommendations from all of them from Sr management recognizing me as a top performer. She asked me how I would combat that concern? She was very passive aggressive and made it very uncomfortable during the interview. Just because a candidate was actively growing in their career to bigger and better opportunities should show that they are in high demand and well wanted. Especially if they have high recommendations on their performance from their senior managers if multiple positions. Obviously I was looking for the type of company that would give me the opportuntiy to grow with them long term. I am personally glad it did not work out with ADP. This is not the type of company someone should work for if they want to be of value. Obviously. They didn't bother to look at my LinkedIn profile, any of my recommondations, or even ask me anything about my previous work experience. They just wanted to know specifically how long I had been employed at each position and why for the amount of time.
