Colloquio
There is a 4 step process. First you are contacted by an recruiter who conducts the initial phone interview. A day or so later you are contact for an in person interview with the hiring manager. If that goes well, you are then provided with a mock customer. You must prepare an email requesting a meeting with this customer, prepare a power point presentation and then present this in front of the hiring manager along with the area sales manager. If that goes well, you are then invited to participate in a ride along with a current employee.

I was contacted by a virtual interview scheduling assistant to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. I confirmed a time I was available and it created an appointment on my calendar. After several email and text reminders, including notifications up until an hour before my interview, I was waiting for the call from the recruiter at the scheduled time. 15 minutes past the start time and I am still waiting for a call from the recruiter. I eventually emailed the woman, who promptly replied. She apologized and said the position had been filled, and for some reason their interview scheduling system removed the appointment from her calendar. Hard to believe, but regardless, quite an unprofessional and ironic experience from a company that sells HCM software.
