Three-part process. Does a good job of weeding out those who truly want this job against those who don't.
First interview was over the phone with a recruiter. After this I met with the VP of Sales for a 1-1 interview. Make sure to come prepared with questions to ask the VP, and sell yourself. Try to close them at the end of the interview.
After this I was invited for a field ride with a current rep. This lasted all day and I got to see what a typical day in the life of an outside sales rep was like. As soon as I got back from this field ride I then had to meet with the sales managers at the office for a role-play, where I'd be the ADP rep and they'd be a client I was trying to close a deal with. Make sure to practice this role play with the rep you are with earlier in the day. Ask them great questions about the job, and most importantly, be personable.
I received an offer about 2-3 days following my role play. Be sure to follow-up with your recruiter and everyone you met throughout the process via email after every time you meet.

Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
