I was recruited on LinkedIn. Submitted my resume and then was phone screened than asked to interview with the VP's. Recruiter was nice and helpful and gave me tips. She was very transparent about the company. I got a good idea about what the culture and people were like. She helped with any question I had. I knew I wanted to work for the company before the in person interview. I get to the interview and I'm first interviewed by the other Admin Assistant. This I was not told about or prepared for, but felt I passed with flying colors. They made it seem like her and I were just supposed to talk until the VP's were available. Then I interviewed with 2 VP's and thought it had went well. They never bothered calling me back or replying to my thank you emails. After they gave me a computer generated rejection I expressed both to the recruiter and VP's that I would love to keep in touch and be considered for future positions and could they give me advice on interviewing for other interviews (where did I go wrong?). No answer whatsoever.
