I did my interview by phone and we just talk couple times. It depends on the avaiable opportunities, I mean if they have time to hire it will be very fast.
I was not at Porto Alegre and then we had a conversation only 2 times, one with RH and other with a manager.

After the phone screening, they will call you for an onsite interview.
