One on one with the hiring manager. We covered all of the standard program/project management skill set, and leadership/team building topics. The hiring manager described their implementation process thoroughly relative to pre-sales, and hand-off. We also covered technologies I had experienced during previous implementations. After consideration, another candidate was selected based on their medical billing background.

For the first round interview, rather than a phone interview, I was selected for a pre-recorded video interview. The process gave 7 questions, of which each question had 2+ attempts. After submitting a video response to a question, there was no option to go to previous questions.
