I spoke with a recruiter at a career fair and he set up my interview. The interview was an hour long, with a behavioral part and a technical part each with different people, but my technical interviewer did not show up. The recruiter was very apologetic and set up another technical interview the next day though. Despite the hiccup, the recruiter was prompt and made sure my experience was (mostly) smooth.
