Long process, quite a few interviews. The last interview was at their HQ, which is actually a nice place. It is located close to the Aurel Vlaicu metro station in a very tall building.

They asked a lot of things including situations that would include their own processes.
Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
