1st interviewer with recruiter was amazing. Phone screening basic questions. She was very helpful and definitely set you up for success 2nd interview with 2 VP Questions. 1. What are you passionate about? Rank. Listening. Product knowledge. Likeable and closing. In order of importance and tell why. Why ADP? Who do you call when you are having a tough day. 3rd interview with 7 sales executives. This interview was interesting. I personally thought it went well. Everyone was younger and this was a lot first jobs. Questions. Behavioral based. Tell me about a time. Etc. Very shocked I didn't receive an offer. The recruiter was even shocked and told me for feedback I did nothing wrong but they went with a stronger candidate. I will say I did not see any other black women in the office. And per research everyone in the office looked "the same" which was a concern for me on the interview. Which was interesting.
