Recruiter reached out to me regarding an Account Executive role. We set up a time to talk and then it was requested that the call be moved to the next day, no problem I thought- these things happen.
The next day, I was waiting for our scheduled call and the time came and went. The call started 1/2 hour late, that’s okay / things happen but I was given more information and the recruiter was helpful and wanted to send more information so that I can ask questions and be sure before going on to the next round.
I did have questions but I sense that it aggravated the recruiter. After that, we were going to set up another call but she didn’t confirm. I emailed and the recruiter said she answered my email. This goes on, too much to write here.
This was a very disappointing experience. I didn’t reach out to ADP. ADP reached out to me but ended up only wasting my time repeatedly.

Slow interview process. Screening with recruiter, one with manager, and other with peers. All virtual. Pleasant experience and chance to ask questions and get feel for the role at each round. Be prepared to have questions ready and highlight your wins/losses, organizational skills, and if you’re comfortable with being in the field selling.

How do you effectively manage your pipeline throughout a sales process?
super easy, 3 stages with a phone call, round with the vp and field ride with a role play at the end. they want to see how you do on the road and in the field. there is a good portion of driving that comes with this job

Start with Internal recruiter, then a video meeting with VP, cold call role play to book appointment with VP and local Sales Manager, lastly in person meeting. Base pay up to $85k plus 10k first year training bonus distributed equally over 12 months
