Interview Process is lengthy. Multiple rounds only to keep you waiting. Finally they say that Interview went fine and all good but they have decided to give it to Internal candidate. Not clear then why this was not done before and waste 2 months of time of external candidates. Very confused culture. Recruiter doesn't respond and be prepared to be ghosted.
