Arrived at the location and was greeted. One on one interview. Interviewee was professional and asked about my sales experience and interest in ADT. Discussed my resume and what the daily job for the position entailed. Described how the sales territories were broken up and what territory was currently open.

Easy. Looking to hire any motivated individuals. Be confident and everything will work out fine. Speaking skills are important as you will need to speak with many customers. Clear and concise communication

The interview process was very conversational. It was relaxed yet professional. Be prepared to discuss who you are and go into it knowing if you want to be 100% commission or not.
