I was contacted VIA cell phone about the opportunity matching my skill set, and an online Resume from a few years back. The manager wanted to meet with me to fill a position.

Very simple. Spoke with recruiter who then set up meeting with local manager. Wanted to know what kind of experience I had and if I’m comfortable in attics and crawl spaces.
Was a zoom call with 3 managers and myself. I was asked a number of questions about work history and experience. Questions weren't difficult and the interview was no where near as difficult as others I've done.

I had previously experience in this line of work so a lot of questions were focused on that and how my work productivity was while there.
The interview was relaxed and quick. Not stressful at all. Quick and easy not really in depth. I liked it. Straight to the point. Fast, and they were very respectful
