I was contacted by a recruiter , did a phone interview and then interviewed with a sales manager.He was pleasant and honest.. He admitted he micromanaged and described the job as follows......100% commission after month 1.......you must be working Mon-Sat 8AM to 10PM...first 6 sales per month pay zero commission.........almost per emancipation proclamation

Very Basic questions thruout...........the Mon-Sat 8-10 commitment is basically asking are you Ok with seeing your family 1 day per week?
Fast and to the point. Basically letting you know that after a brief training period you're 100% commission with no base pay. I wouldn't recommend this job if you need any sort of consistent income.

Conversational, asked them about work life balance and mentioned you work until 5pm and could definitely make over $100k. That was definitely not the case with customer care scheduling appointments past 5pm and managers having you cold call people after 7pm

Are you ok with 100% commission?( Manager will tell you the majority of the reps will make over $80k - not the case) one rep out of 85 did

They are very straight forward and detailed in what the position requires. The managers are informative and very open to your questions. They also leave you with personal info to follow up incase you forgot to ask any questions
