Applied online under the careers section on the companies website... received a phone call in about a week... went to interview dressed for the installation job... brown khaki pants and a blue tucked in button up... interviewed with installation manager answered some questions like tell me the first things that pops in your head when I ask you.... easy stuff just to see if you're a thinker and know a little about the company.

I met with a pair of ADT managers at their headquarters and chatted for about an hour. They seemed to highlight more on customer service with a general knowledge of technical stuff. The recruiter I went through said that having a white/blue dress shirt with a tie is a must.
