The first thing that happens is you get an email. Via email you set up a phone screening and an in person interview. After the phone screen, you have your in person interview. Last is the drug test and background check. It is a very amazing process overall with ADT.

I actually was interviewed for the Customer Service position but they didnt have a training class when i could star. They hired me as EDO and PROMISED that i would get put in that class, I wasnt. I was in a job that i didnt even apply for.

The interview was pretty easy. The guy I interviewed with was nice. The questions were standard, basically the "give an example of a time when" they want you to ask questions and to give long answers to the questions that are being asked. And be confident when speaking and make eye contact. Also they verify any previous work history you put on your application so be mindful of that
