I applied on their website. Got a call from HR person couple weeks later. They setup an interview with one of the manager. For sure, he was not prepared and showed up 10 mins late and he apologized with excuse that his brain was busy thinking about a problem. Then he spend 15 mins to talk about himself and how he is great and he prefers ppl with lower education cuz they can hustle better. At the end he just asked me which position I applied to and he said sorry this is not for my team but I will the other teams know. I felt it was really funky interview and they have no training on interview process!
