The interview process went very well. They were very straight forward. I felt that this would be a great position for me after taking the interview. It is 100% commission based, but as long as you grind, then you should enjoy and be good at this position.

I went into the ADT office in person and had one interview with the district sales manager, standard questions asked. It took about 30 minutes. Pay is commission only, which recruiters will not tell you until after the interview or the sales manager will tell you on site.
