I applied on indeed, a few days later I got invited in for an interview. Mysteriously, the job posting was nowhere to be found when I was trying to prep for my interview. During the interview there was little discussed about pay or what the day to day would look like (I also did not ask because I was fully expecting there to be multiple interviews). A few hours after the interview I was offered the role and it was during this time that I learned that after training, the pay is entirely commission based. It felt like they were trying to catch me in a trap so to speak and did not give me any time to think about/consider the offer.
