Cv uploaded, invitation to complete online assessment, invitation for video interview, shortlist for a/c. Overall it is the standard corporate assessment system, a lot of AI used to sift applicants. Would rather more tete-a-tete style process.

I was interviewed by two engineers from transportation department, No technical questions, very focused on my past experience as a student, project experience such as graduation project and internships. The interview was not too hard, but I was also given a written assessment，which was challenging. 15 questions in 30 minutes.
