They called me, invited me to interview by the technical director and HR consultant, gave them some answers to some vague questions. They asked me why I was applying, where I see myself in 5 years time, what do I know about their company and that it. After that they contacted my references and offered me a job.

What do you think is your strongest and weakest personal characteristic?
I had two rounds of online interviews. Each interview involved different team members. First interview was within a smaller but higher level members. The second one was more crowded with more question and answering.
Smooth and nice and professional engineers. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask they will definitely help you and explain everything. Don’t forget to ask what ever you feel is not understandable they will give you more info

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AECOM (Damansara) nel mese di mar 2024
Colloquio
I applied for my position last November and received the call from HR for the interview in March. The overall progress took me around 4 months. The interview lasted for an hour and was pretty smooth. I was interviewed by my future manager and an HR personnel.
