I applied, and was selected, internally. HR called and there was about 3 or 4 of my superiors conducting the interview. They asked a lot of basic questions pertaining more to work ethic and integrity versus the actual job applied for. As I was coming from a different area of the plant, having specialized knowledge was not expected of me.
