I just got through the application and SJT so waiting on a response now. Quite a lengthy application process (asks a fair number of questions) but it allows you to pick three graduate programmes which is worth doing. SJT wasn't timed, it is multiple choice -you put the answers in the right order of most appropriate to least.

Applied online, then completed online tests. After a month or so I was invited to a job interview, which was a panel that lasted for around an hour. Around a month later I was offered the role.
