Very friendly environment. Interviewers talked about the projects they are working on, then asked about my background and interest. Overall, I met a very nice group of people in a very relaxed setting.

First you submit resume and cover letter, then they send you a lengthy questionnaire asking much of what you already mentioned in resume and cover letter, then they ask you to make a powerpoint presentation containing the same thing. Once you pass that they make you go to a networking session and then an interview on two seperate days. This networking session was located in downtown toronto where parking was most expensive and inconvenient to get to. Although the networking session was beneficial, a great deal of this process was repetitive and a waste of time. Would have been worth it for those who got the job, but for the majority who did not, the entire process was a huge waste of time.
