Real easy. In fact they are just on boarding people as fast as they can if they can. They lied about raises and kept me as a tech one for over a year with no supervision. I am not a level one tech but was told there would be reviews every 6 months and never got one. Remember get things in wrighting . I wanted to prove myself. I'm over that now.
