First communication was through email. Then they had me come in while I was still at school to interview. I sat with 3 employees, one of whom was the hiring manager. After that interview I came in for another with just the manager that was much shorter. After that I was introduced to a few other people in the office and who would later become my boss. After that was email communications until I was hired.
