The interview process is through people and organization network. the recruiter was asking my availability and my interest in environmental planning and sustainability in collaboration with Master Planning project. Several phone calls have been made to do interview process including emails.

Applied online where I had to answer a few questions. Then heard back from them and told me to play a game which is an aptitude test. They then told me to do a video interview. Then I went to their office to do a face-to-face interview.
