First interview is the phone interview. Once you pass the phone interview you go to a panel interview or as they call it a conversation. Afterwards I did not receive any feedback from the group. Nobody reached out to me to let me know if I was still being considered or if I was not. This is the only reason I am giving a thumbs down. No follow up really ruins the process for a candidate.
