Interviews with AEI are always dense. They make the most of their time and ask many questions. They are always interested in seeing that you align with their values so expect questions about your beliefs and how you align with their misison.
First interview was a phone call with recruiter. Second interview was focused on technical questions with the hiring manager. Straight-forward process, although was not told that second interview would be a technical assessment.

Very friendly and professional environment. Interview process was several rounds but moved at a reasonable pace and involved interesting discussions with leaders at various levels. It was a very straightforward experience overall.
