Simple interview. Met recruiters at college career fair. Interviewed with female recruiter and male engineer - extremely relaxing interview, employees made me feel very comfortable, like we were just having a conversation. They were engaged the whole time.

Super sweet people amazingly patient and gave lots of appreciated constructive criticsm. I had a behavioral interview on campus, where both of my interviewers were so kind and wanted to hear about what I had to bring to the table and my journey. Next, I had an on-site technical interview focused more on my engineering capabilities. they showed me the plant and liked how detail-oriented I was. I got an offer to work with them and wanted to lunge at the opportunity, but I was uncertain about delaying my spring semester of school since that was supposed to be my most difficult year of work. I hope to apply for a job with them again and be able to accept it this time. Overall lovely people and a lovely experience cannot say enough nice things about them, and how easily they made such an intimidating process seem so benign.
