The interviewer was a good guy, asked me about my skills and my experience, and the compensation. Then conducted a panel interview with 3 more of the validation team. I haven’t received an offer yet but it was quite good experience

Very casual, a panel interview with the team, one interview with the manager and one with director. Some technical questions were asked, but most questions were about my about interpersonal skills.
