Interview contained 4 stages: recruiter, hiring manager, team to be supervised, panel interview with Hiring Manager and their peers. After the last interview, I got no response (positive or negative). Assuming that they moved on with another candidate, I wrote a thank you letter, wishing them well. Still no response.

They were really hung up on doing the whole STAR format, which was fine, but then the silent treatment after the last interview was really off-putting.
