I was interviewed by 3 people that were quite friendly and made me feel comfortable quickly.The job description and requirements were described in a very clear way.The only thing that i may have found a little annoying were too many questions about how i see the future in general.I guess that i have been turned down cause the position was about a junior engineer and i am not that junior at all :) Good overall experience though.
