Met with the CEO at the time and he described the day to day obligations and opportunities for growth. It was an open and honest conversation and i felt i was aligned to the model presented and i accepted the opportunity to get onboard. I was able to ask questions about the company and questions to the CEO about his vision for the future. I think it is important to go to an interview with an understanding of the company you are considering joining, and i think it also look professional to do your own due diligence before meeting.

Got referred by a friend. Hr and I exchanged email and spoke on the phone. Interview at the office with the manager and compliance officer. The next day got an offer and started immediately. No testing provided. They needed more people so urgency is required for the job post. Signed and accepted.
