Very normal and positive through the recruiter process. However the hiring manager is a different story. It feels like you are being profiled and despite relating positive experiences you can tell they have already made up their minds to a degree. They actually told me that I was going to talk to other people and then the recruiter sent me the standard 'other candidate' standard rejection letter. Not very personable. As such I am giving them a neutral rating but it could have easily been negative. You can't judge a whole company based on one hiring manager.
