These were 2 times I have applied for the same job, in different times, but with the same outcome. I have submitted my CV to many headhunting companies in Tokyo. Company A contacted me regarding a position for Information Security Analyst at AIG and they schedulled an interview with the department manager. I went to the interview, all were fine and he said he was going to call the headhunter to inform if I've got the job or not. He never called. The headhunter insisted, but never reached the manager again. Second time, another headhunting company contacted me with the same job position. I was very suspicious about this job, but then, I've thought maybe my application got lost somewhere in the depths of HR department...bad things happen sometimes. I went to the interview, this time it was another guy, a technical guy. It all went tine again and he was very happy with my interview, said they would reach my headhunter and inform the results. All good. Weeks passed and no response arrived. I've contacted the headhunter and he explained me he cannot reach anyone at AIG about the position. A double waste of time.
