Recruited through my campus' job site as well as through AIG's campus job site.
Recruited at the AIG booth at my college career fair but didn't hear any response.
4-6 weeks later, I received a call for a final interview in the Houston office with 3 back-to-back-to-back interviews with mid/high-level managers (competing against 2 other applicants).
After interviewing, I was told i would receive a call a week later but actually got my congrats call in 2 days!

I received a call to come into the office for super day. There was 3 separate interviews mostly asking about stuff on resume and behavioral questions. Make sure that you can explain your resume

The process was not too difficult. First I had a digital interview. It was comprised of three, 30 minutes interview. I went in for their superday. They did ask more behavioral questions.

Applied during college for full time employment post graduation. It was about a three Week process. I went to a Superday and interviewed 3 current managers/directors. Heard back within the following week.
