4 rounds of interview with different streams of people, technical, functional, Executive and then HR. questions were around the experience I have in various technologies. the interviewers were very experienced and made me comfortable

Very week. Interview was not structured. The manager asked the questions which were not relevant to the job. He emphasized more on course work / degree achievements etc. Did not bother to ask day to day activities. There was no interview panel.
