Very standard but a little long interview process because of holiday season. I had phone screen with HR, phone call with manager, phone call with skip level manager, on-site interview with local office managers and teammate, and a case study with rotational program coordinators. The case study was a new item for rotational candidates and is challenging in general for non-consulting background interviewees. I had lunch with my future teammate. The teammate gave me honest comment on the work, and the team. It really depends on the person, but future teammate bought me coffee after lunch to help me stay awake.
