I sent my CV to HR and i got a call within a week and next two days i got my interview scheduled since the interview as taken from Newyork it was telephonic.

HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
