There was an interview day where we had 3 hours worth of interviews. It was very tiring. Each person talked to three employees at the company. Each person asked different questions so that you didn't answer the same question twice.

The interview process for the AIG Summer Intern position was straightforward and professional. It started with an online application, followed by a digital interview with pre-recorded questions. The questions focused on my background, why I was interested in AIG, and my problem-solving skills.
After the digital interview, I was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter, where we discussed my resume, technical skills in Excel and SQL, and my understanding of underwriting. The recruiter was friendly and provided insight into the role and expectations.
