I know the job title sounds ridiculous but that’s how it’s listed in the posting. When emailed about an interview however, there’s a new title. When reading the description for the job, you realize this is one of those positions where they want to encompass a bunch of jobs into one and throw you into the deep end. The interview was a basic phone call where the person just explained the company and culture. Fairly straightforward except they don’t really know what the job is that they’re trying to sell you on. Are you an intake specialist, a customer experience manager, a data analyst? Who knows. I don’t recommend. I was offered the job and turned it down. They don’t offer enough to wear that many hats.
