2 back to back interviews after a video interview. Then a woman on the third call was there to answer my questions. Never heard back after it seemed like they liked me, my recruiter ghosted me.

Why AIG and why insurance? What do you know about insurance?
Received a phone call inviting to an onsite interview, given an assessment, and followed by 30 minute interview with 2 team members. Told I would hear back within 1-2 days but never heard back and was completely ghosted by the company.

Generic and cliche interview questions: what are your strengths etc
The process was generally ok, they contact via eMail to arrange the interview. There is about 2-3 rounds where you will speak with the head of the department if you pass the first round.

The interviewer asks questions about the standard "tell me about your yourself", then goes into your past experiences if you have any. Questions are also asked about your soft/hard skills.

If a candidate has passed the first two rounds of the interview, a third interview is scheduled. There's a chance that the candidates will have to go through further interviews after the initial ones. These interviews could be with employees, managers, hiring committees, and other staff members of the company.
