It was chaos. They are actually not ready to interview me. My resume not there, interviewer room booked by other upper staff, so they was a miscommunication, so for 5 minutes, even they don't know whether we need to move to other place. i guess because they were so many things in their plates makes them distracted interviewing me. They asked so many question. why do you want to work here, do you know about this job?, are you okay with working from office? , give us a reason why would you absence from work. why do you leave your job?, do you comfortable working with NZ client?, do you have a kid? But in the end they reject me. They said, hiring team very impressed with you, however you don't have experience that they looking for. And again, that's what resume for. i have already stated all experience in the resume. If they looking for specific experience that i don't possess, why bother calling me and wasting my energy from preparation until interview session? Or they never done they job screening my resume prior? Weird and unprofessional company. Also, when i asked about interview feedback, they ghosted me. so that's how they reflect their company culture.
