A lot of requirements before actually hiring you. They expect you to purchase business cards, licenses and complete a lot of training modules before you are hired. They also require you to have weekly phone sessions about the modules that you are to study prior to being hired. You will spend a lot of time and money to get the job and once hired, they do not follow through with what is promised about one on one in the field training. They expect you to just go out and make sales..

After the task was checked I spoke directly with the recruiter about the process of getting into the company. The head of marketing also was involved in the process.

Fairly Quick, and somewhat pleasant. I was contacted within a week to set up my first interview. They made it very clear what the scope of the position was and answered all of my questions completely. I feel like they were one of the more honest interview teams I've dealt with. AIG seems like a top notch location and the office is absolutely beautiful. Its so bright inside and doesn't feel like a prison.

Met with the hiring manager 2 times and did a survey online. manger was a good guy seemed to have best interest for both parties in mind. They concluded by having me fill out a application online. The position and company seemed to do relevant work but the yearly salary just wasn't efficient enough for me to leave my current position.
