The interview process included an initial, somewhat brief phone introduction and then a more comprehensive discussion via Skype/webcam. The recruiter was very receptive to my own feedback and inclinations regarding the available opportunity and demonstrated exceptional follow-up throughout the process. At the end of the process, the recruiter proactively delivered clear feedback regarding why the hiring manager opted not to pursue me as a candidate; it's rare to receive such feedback even after asking outright, let alone proactively, so that was great.
