Brief orientation meeting which reviewed the general goals of AIM, then a technical assignment. Assignment was copied straight from a github page and was poorly explained. Lots of bug in the code which had to be fixed before you could start working on the problem. Total waste of time.

Take home Coding Challenge which is very difficult for the 2 hr time limit. A little bit vague problem description. You don't even get to talk to the technical team. I feel like this challenge is very domain specific and involves geometry quite a bit!
