Screening phone interview with HR, then 1 in person panel interview with the manager, the director and later the VP. A pleasant and very smart local team. The interview questions were not for the faint of heart, definitely on the harder end of the scale. A statistics and logic test was administered as well.
I received an offer, but not a legal employment contract or specifics of the benefits, etc, which was rather odd (it was to be given and signed once the person starts work). It made the evaluation of the entire package rather difficult. There were discrepancies between the verbal offer and the written offer. HR came across as coercive and unprofessional in the negotiation process.

You'll go through a few rounds depending on the department you're going into. Usually HR first. Once past that phase you may be part of a group interview session consisting of lateral peers and managers.
