Phone screen, phone interview, writing/comprehension test, on-site interview. The writing test was pretty straightforward. Edit an article written by a non-native English speaker, and answer some questions about the data provided.

There weren't so much set questions. It was more of a conversation about the job and my background. I did get a bunch of questions about my interest in science.
